Description: I was driving to work, when this fast moving thing was moving towards me about 2000ft. It was moving fast and had a buring green flame...it was not flashing but had kind of constant flame(like candle flame, but only this one was green) and was covering half of the object's body..
Initially I thought it is a helicopter...but this one had no noise.
Please advise
