Weather Conditions: Clear sky, with some clouds but not during sighting

Description: We were outside smoking a cig, me and 4 of my friends, I was looking at north, and suddenly, this shape entered my field of vision, and I instantly told my friends to look up, we saw it around 2-4 seconds. It was very low in the sky, lower than the clouds, around 300-500 feet, it did no noise. I saw it when it was around above us, and in 3 second, it disappeared in the distance.
