Description: Hundreds of people in the resort town of Playa Del Carmen witnessed a bright red light surrounded tightly by smaller white lights hovering and moving erratically overhead for more than an hour

Color/Shape: Bright red light, surrounded by smaller white lights

Height & Speed: estimated between 8000 and 10,000 feet (based on cloud elevations) Moved at high speeds back and forth, then hovered
