Shape of objects: Not sure of shape. Was slightly bigger than a star, probably the size of Venus as viewed from earth by the naked eye. I have a photo which I took with my mobile phone (2 megapixel).
Weather Conditions: Clear
Description: Whilst on a night shift, we were stood outside watching the new year fireworks. My colleague spotted an orange light in the sky. It was traveling slowly across the sky, then stopped. We watched it for about 5 minutes before it flickered and eventually disappeared.
TV/Radio Asked a few colleagues if they had read anything in any of the local papers. One colleague remembers reading something similar to our description in the Stafford Post. Not sure if it refers to this incident though.
